Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Your shipment will be handled by International Post and therefore delivery is subject to their Terms and Conditions. Seleos is not liable for any delay due to our carrier operations.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform the orders and/or shipment due to an external event beyond our control, such as threat of terrorist attack, war, riots, strikes, lock-outs, state of emergency in some states or nationally, natural disasters, airport closures, or any other mean of transport needed for shipping. This list is not exhaustive and there may be other events outside of our team’s control.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Returns policy

Seleos wants you to shine! And we do understand that you may change your mind when you cannot try jewelry on before buying. We will be happy to offer store credit within 14 days of the purchase. Please note that store credit exclude shipping costs.

Returns are processed within five (5) business days of receiving your item. Your return upon eligibility will be credited onto your store account and expire within one (1) year. We do not offer exchanges, as the exclusivity of the product might lead to it being out of stock. Your credit may be used for any other available item during the validity of your credit.

Enjoy your experience and your exclusive jewelry but please observe our returns requirements carefully:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the purchase.
  • Merchandise must be unworn (earrings in unopened plastic sleeve).
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, including any Seleos tags.

As we want you to fully enjoy your experience with us, we will accept return of earrings but due to hygiene reasons, they will have to be returned in the unopened plastic package.

 

Items which are not returned as per the above requirements will be returned to sender. Before returning any items please ensure you follow the requirements, as in the rare event of a refused return the decision is not negotiable.

Our products are manually checked in France and when they arrive in Australia to ensure no faulty items will be sent to you. If by any unfortunate case you do receive a faulty item, we will ask you to email us at returns@seleos.com.au with photographic proof within two (2) days of receipt of the item.  Please ensure that you follow this process as we will not be able to accept a claim of faulty goods after this time. If you have received a faulty item we will replace it or repair it to match the advertised quality of the item.

Returns process

Seleos is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend that you use a traceable delivery for all returns due to the value of the items.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit, so ensure your product is packaged appropriately to ensure a safe return.

Store credit rules:

  • Can only be used at https://www.seleos.com.au .
  • Cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • It will appear as a method of payment when you check-out. Any purchase exceeding the value of the store credit will require an additional payment for the remaining balance.

Store credit expires one (1) year from the credit date.
